A quick and easy mustard sauce, no cooking necessary. Perfect with fish or any other meat. It is elegant enough to be served at a dinner party. Grainy Dijon mustard provides an interesting texture and a slightly more pronounced tang.

- 1 1/2 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard or to taste
- 2 Tbsp whole-grain Dijon mustard, or to taste
- 1-2 tsp honey, or to taste
- 1 tsp white balsamic vinegar, or to taste
- salt and pepper
- 350 ml crème fraîche or sour cream

Preparation:
Combine crème fraîche, both mustards, honey, and the vinegar in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper. Wisk until well mixed. Adjust seasonings to your taste and refrigerate until ready to use.
