Garlic Vinaigrette

Vinaigrette is a dressing where oil is combined with an acidic ingredient, like vinegar or lemon. This basic vinaigrette recipe is based on white balsamic vinegar and garlic. I used it for the Wax Bean and Roasted Pepper Salad.

Yield: 3/4 cup (180 ml)

Time: 10 minutes

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 120 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced
  • salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

Add extra-virgin olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, and the finely minced garlic clove. and mix it well. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper and adjust seasoning to your liking.
