This is certainly not a novel recipe, there are many versions around. If you have the ingredients on hand, it is tasty and takes minutes to make. I bet it takes less time than driving to the next food store to get a bottled one with all those unhealthy additives.
Quantity: Makes about 1 cup (240 ml) of dressing
Ingredients:

- 3 Tbsp of Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp mild wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove finely minced
- 5 Tbsp olive or to taste
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients well. That’s it. This dressing is also good with roasted chicken, fish, and grilled veggies.
