This light, creamy yogurt dressing recipe goes well with any green leaf salad. It’s refreshing and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp chives finely cut
- 1 Tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 g) plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp crème fraîche or sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
Preparation:
Whisk together the yogurt, crème fraîche, mustard and tomato paste. Stir in the chives, tarragon and parsley, salt and pepper.
